Combine the muffin mix, corn, chilies, egg, milk, and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning.

Pour into a prepared pie dish.

Bake at 400 for about 20-25 minutes until set.

Remove from oven and poke holes all around and pour enchilada sauce over top.

Combine the chicken with the remaining taco seasoning and spread over top.

Top with cheese and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
