Score the salmon fillet.

Season both sides of the salmon with Louisiana black and Cajun seasoning and Old Bay seasoning.

Butter fry the shrimp until slightly browned.

Prepare the crab cake by mixing mayonnaise, egg yolk, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning.

Add jimbo lump crab meat and crushed crackers to the crab cake mixture.

Place the crab cake on top of the salmon fillet.

Bake the salmon in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-17 minutes.
