Step 1: Heat a little oil in a pan, then brown your chicken portions until they're beautifully golden on all sides.

Step 2: Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

Step 5: De-glaze the pan with a splash of the Cleaner's Alze Vineyard Selection Chenin Blanc (or water).

Step 6: Add your chopped tomatoes and let them cook for about a minute.

Step 7: Season with chicken rub, paprika, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper.

Step 8: Stir everything together and cover the pot with a lid and allow the tomatoes to cook down until they are soft and have broken down nicely.

Step 9: Stir in the tomato paste and let it cook for another five minutes.

Step 10: Add your chicken back into the pot, stir everything together so the chicken is coated in all the delicious flavors.

Step 11: Dissolve one chicken stock cube in boiling water then pour it into the pot.

Step 12: Cover and let everything simmer on low heat for at least 35 minutes.

Step 13: Add your baby spinach and gently stir through.

Step 14: Add a little bit of honey to balance the acidity of the tomatoes.
