In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add softened butter and mix until a crumbly mixture forms.

Pour in milk, heavy cream, and evaporated milk. Mix until smooth.

Poke holes all over the top of the cake with a skewer or fork.

Pour tres leches mixture (1 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup heavy cream, and 1 cup whole milk) evenly over the top of the cake.

Let the cake absorb the liquid for 10-15 minutes.
